6) CROATIAN MUSIC BY A NATIVE MUSICIAN

The Croatian artist Maja Brlecic began her music education at the age of five at the Vatroslav Lisinski School of Music in her hometown Zagreb, where she received training with a focus on classical piano, voice, and music theory. While there, she studied with the prominent musicians and pedagogues Branka Facini-Vrhovski, Nada Puttar-Gold, Blazenka Milic, Cynthia Hansell-Bakic, and later on collaborated with Tomislav Facini, Robert Homen, Diana Hilje, Tatiana “Tajci” Cameron, Robert Porco and Dr. Earl Rivers among others. Maja has been a frequent performer on both national and international stages, appearing in numerous musical, theatrical (including the Opera Chorus at the Zagreb’s Croatian National Theater), television and recording productions all across the globe.
