1. Event Start Time:
   Things To Do is based in the Washington, DC area and as such, all event times listed are based on the USA Eastern Time Zone.  In certain circumstances, if you register for an event in advance, you can request a recording of a virtual tour or event after it occurs.
2. Virtual Events Link:
   You will be emailed an event link approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of each virtual event you register for.  This link will be sent to the email address you used while registering.  The email will come from [email protected].

   If you do not receive this link in your inbox by 15 minutes prior to the event start time, please check your Spam or Junk mail folder.  These emails sometimes go there.  If you still have not received the link, please email us at [email protected] and we will send you the link directly. 

Purchase Policy

Credit card payments are made through a secure site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Once we receive your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation/registration. Payment confirms your membership in Things To Do DC and allows admittance into the event or activity you have registered for. Please note that the charge on your credit card statement will be from Generation Strategies, Inc.

• All event order sales are final. Once purchased, orders cannot be cancelled and are nonrefundable unless an event or activity is cancelled or postponed. If for any reason an event or activity is cancelled or postponed, you may apply the credit, equal to the amount paid, toward another event or activity or have your monies fully refunded within thirty (30) days.
• Tickets are transferrable to another person or party. If you transfer your ticket(s), you must notify us in advance and provide us with contact information (Name, E-mail, Cell Phone) for the person or party they have been transferred to.
• Tickets will not be mailed to you. Rather, once you place your order, your name will be placed on our Guest List, similar to a “will call” list, at the event or activity you have registered for.
